Frank Zamira founded West Coast Locators in 1963. The company specializes in providing underground locating and leak detection services to commercial customers, municipalities, government entities and educational institutions. We use the most advanced locating equipment and techniques. The company maintains its corporate office in San Francisco, California.

Mattias joined the company in 2006 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He brings manufacturing and marketing experience from heavy industry, VC start-ups, and cutting edge nanotechnology companies.

Ernie Villanueva, Vice President
Ernie joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for HR, Administration and Facilities. He brings over 20 years of HR experience in various industries including telecommunications and biotechnology.
